Requirements

Must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation
Bachelor’s degree required.
Demonstrated leadership in school or work and proven track record of delivering results
Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX
Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program

Nice To Haves

Preferred degrees include but are not limited to: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a multi-disciplinary program.

Responsibilities

Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects.
Learn the processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
Gain an understanding of how to define a problem, scope a project, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
Develop essential traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem solving.
Exposure to senior leadership and building of a national peer network.
