About The Position

The Genie Leadership Development Program (GLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential recent graduates into future business leaders. Participants will complete three 12-month assignments across core business functions: Manufacturing Operations, Sales, and Product Management. Rotations are located at our headquarters in Bothell, manufacturing sites in Moses Lake and Redmond, and participants are expected to be able to relocate to anywhere in the US. The cross-functional assignments will provide an opportunity to expand team members’ management skills and knowledge of the Genie’s business. We expect GLDP participants to advance as leaders at Genie, as the cross-functional exposure creates well-rounded team members who understand how the business works and how each function contributes to our company’s success. Successful GLDP participants will be placed in manager level positions throughout the organization after completion of the program in good standing. The GLDP is open to candidates who have an upcoming graduation in 2027 or have graduated within the last two years.
