About The Position

The opportunity You are the business-facing owner for a NextGen AI area such as Reasoning Models or Vibe Coding. These are innovations that can underpin EY’s reasoning capabilities or that change the way our developers write software. Some are as you might lead on include chain of thought reasoning, deep research, and other capabilities that can augment at a higher level how our people do their work. You will work with our engineer to deliver rapid prototypes and light pilots that prove value. You own intake, prioritization, scope, KPIs, acceptance and ensure we learn quickly without compromising compliance. Partners with Engineering; reports progress and risks to leadership; represents business stakeholders day-to-day, engages with our account teams and clients on the area you lead. About the team — How we operate Prove Value Fast: We run light pilots, quantify impact, and iterate. Governed Experimentation: Safe sandboxes with high compliance guardrails so we learn quickly without compromising compliance. Work with our clients: We engage with our client facing professionals to test out our pilots with customers and ensure we had value.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in product leadership, consulting, or program delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business processes into clear requirements and ability to manage engineering teams at pace and operating at a great cadence.
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts and enterprise constraints (privacy, security, etc).
  • Excellent written/verbal communication; executive stakeholder presence.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in regulated domains.
  • Experience running pilots and driving change management in client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Backlog ownership: Maintain the product backlog across prototype → pilot → MVP.
  • Delivery management: Plan short sprints; align pod staffing; manage dependencies.
  • Governance & compliance: Coordinate reviews and sign-offs.
  • Stakeholder comms: Prepare exec updates, release notes, demo narratives; escalate issues early with options/impact.
