This position is on our Fire Detection Hardware team based in Westford, MA. Over 14–18 months , you’ll rotate through 3–4 teams; to tackle meaningful projects and learn from industry pros while discovering where your skills (and interests) shine the most. We’re building smarter, healthier, and more sustainable spaces around the world - and we want you at the center of it. Rotation’s locations include; Marinette, WI Cranston, RI Lubbock, TX Weslaco, TX

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
  • Adaptable and open to working across teams and locations
  • Passion for learning, growth, and long-term impact
  • Leadership experience from school, work, or community involvement
  • Strong communication skills-able to explain technical ideas clearly (words + visuals)
  • Comfortable organizing and analyzing data to solve complex problems
  • Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration experience
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies
  • Willingness to relocate across the U.S.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred coursework: thermodynamics, machine design, fluid flow, intro to electrical engineering
  • Internship or Co-op experience is a plus
