About The Position

Vibe Restaurants is seeking an experienced New Store Opening (NSO) Trainer to prepare new restaurants and their teams for successful grand openings. The role leads on-site training and provides post-opening support and analysis. It supports new Wingstop locations and requires extensive travel based on the new store opening calendar.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a restaurant operations training role or similar position.
• At least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Clear verbal and written English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Access to a major airport.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly support calls and recommend product ordering, scheduling, and training based on sales forecasts.
• Complete a pre-opening checklist to ensure the restaurant is ready for training.
• Lead on-site operational training for managers and teams at Wingstop locations.
• Train teams on Point-of-Sale (POS) and Back-Office (NBO) systems.
• Create a training summary after each new restaurant opens and analyze business trends.
• Review findings and provide improvement recommendations to the leadership team.
