About The Position

Eastwood Homes, an award-winning builder founded in 1977, is expanding its Build On Your Lot program and seeking a New Home Specialist to generate new home sales. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for growth, who enjoys building relationships with potential homeowners and realtors. The New Home Specialist will be responsible for bringing the dream of homeownership to fruition with unparalleled service throughout the entire process, embodying the company's 'Built With Care' philosophy.

Requirements

2-5 Years Sales Experience
Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle
Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner

Responsibilities

Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers’ needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes’ product design
Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home site availability to potential residents
Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home
Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction
