This role is primarily focused on guiding potential buyers through the sales process, from initial presentation and demonstration to securing sales contracts and ensuring overall buyer satisfaction. The counselor will also address homeowner concerns, engage in self-prospecting, and utilize the HubSpot CRM system and other technologies to track progress and drive sales. The position requires exceptional customer service, sales skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
