Job Description Overview: The New Home Counselor is an integral part of the team responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales center. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to existing and new customers while being a team player and champion of our values. The role of New Home Counselor includes receiving training and guidance from the Sales Manager. It also involves coaching from the Vice President of Sales and Marketing to develop skills in sales and customer relations.
