New Graduate Physical Therapist - Paid Mentorship & Clinical Development Program
About The Position
At InHome Therapy (IHT), new graduates are provided with the mentorship, resources, and support needed to build confidence, grow skills, and launch a rewarding therapy career in home health. This program is hiring multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago, IL. The program offers structured clinical growth through Clinical Pathways, ongoing clinical coaching beyond orientation, and a responsive support team to minimize administrative burden. It also provides flexibility with autonomy over the workday, mileage reimbursement, tools to reduce windshield time, and provision of a tablet, data plan, and supplies. Comprehensive onboarding and paid training are included, along with career growth opportunities and leadership development.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities
- Serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes.
