About The Position
At InHome Therapy (IHT), we provide new graduates with the mentorship, resources, and support needed to build confidence, grow skills, and launch a rewarding therapy career in home health. We are hiring multiple full-time licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Chicago, IL. This program is designed for new graduates to gain confidence and clinical experience through structured growth, mentorship, and a supportive team, allowing them to focus on patient care with reduced administrative burden and flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in good standing (new graduates encouraged to apply!)
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to travel between patient homes
- Basic comfort with technology, including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes.
- Participate in structured clinical growth pathways and ongoing clinical coaching.
- Collaborate with a responsive support team to optimize daily workflow and minimize administrative tasks.
- Manage own schedule with flexibility and autonomy.
- Utilize provided technology (tablet, EMR systems) for patient care and documentation.

- Estimated annual salary of $94,000-$116,000 per year (based on pay per visit model)
