About The Position

BAYADA is seeking passionate and dedicated New Grad RNs to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to help new nurses flourish by learning new skills, growing with challenges, succeeding in assignments, and advancing their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on one-on-one patient care, offering flexible scheduling, paid time off, weekly pay, and electronic charting. They provide in-depth paid training from day one, award-winning simulation labs, and clinical support. BAYADA's Nurse Residency Program is accredited by the ANCC and is the only paid new graduate residency program in home care with this accreditation. As a non-profit organization, their priority is quality care for clients, and their Clinical Managers provide thorough training to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. They care for patients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, allowing nurses to explore their interests.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR in good standing.
