About The Position
BAYADA offers a unique opportunity for new graduate nurses to flourish, learn new skills, and advance their nursing careers through its accredited Nurse Residency Program. This program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to ensure new nurses are comfortable and confident. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, complying with all state/local mandates, and is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
Responsibilities
- Provide one on one patient care
- Perform electronic charting using Statewise
- Work independently in the field
