About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care offers a Nurse Residency Program, which is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA focuses on providing quality care to clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. Clinical Managers provide in-depth support to new nurses to ensure comfort and confidence in their skills. The Fayetteville team is highlighted for its experienced Clinical Educator and Managers, and a welcoming Director. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with nurse appreciation events.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
