About The Position

The BAYADA Nurse Residency Program is the only paid, new graduate residency program in home care to earn accreditation by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC). As a non-profit organization, BAYADA's focus is always on quality care for clients. Clinical Managers take their time with each new nurse to ensure comfort and confidence in their skills. BAYADA cares for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, offering a chance to explore passions. The Wilmington team is highlighted for its experienced Clinical Educator and Managers, and a welcoming Director, with nurse appreciation events held both in the office and in the community. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
