About The Position
BAYADA is hiring a new graduate registered nurse for home health care. The role offers one-on-one patient care for people of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels, with opportunities to explore areas of nursing interest. New nurses receive in-depth paid training, clinical support, and guidance from Clinical Managers to help them become comfortable and confident in their skills. The position is part of BAYADA's paid Nurse Residency Program, described as the only paid new graduate residency program in home care accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. Care is documented electronically using Statewise.
Requirements
- Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
- Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
- Maintain CPR certification in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one home health care to clients.
- Deliver care to clients across ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
- Use Statewise electronic charting to document care.
