About The Position

Memorial Hermann’s Respiratory Care Residency Program is designed to transition new graduates and respiratory care therapists with less than twelve months of RCP experience from academic study into professional practice with neonatal, pediatric, and adult patients. The comprehensive three-month program includes professional development and didactic clinical competency enhancement, with oversight from a licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) preceptor and a dedicated RCP Clinical Education Resource Specialist.
