About The Position

BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) is seeking recent graduates for its New Generation Program 2025. This program is designed for individuals eager to grow and learn in a dynamic financial institution. Participants will rotate through key areas within CIB, gaining hands-on experience and professional development. The program includes an international rotation in one of BBVA's global offices. Upon completion of the 12-month program, participants will join a specific CIB team aligned with business needs and their career goals. Areas of focus include Global Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Finance, Global Markets, and Bankers and Industry Specialists.

Requirements

• Recent graduates or nearly completing a Bachelor degree with outstanding academic records (graduation date between 2023, 2024 and June 2025).
• Genuine interest in Corporate & Investment Banking and passion for learning in a global, multicultural setting.
• Global mindset and interest in gaining international exposure.
• Enthusiasm for new technologies and innovation.
• Fluency in English (C1 level required).
• Empathy as a key skill.
• Employment eligibility to work with BBVA in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key areas and roles within BBVA CIB.
