About The Position

Maynor Service Company is seeking a detail-oriented Punch List Technician to complete final work on residential and commercial projects. The technician resolves outstanding trade items, performs touch-ups, maintains high-quality craftsmanship, and addresses notes from customer walk-throughs. The role includes multi-trade repairs and finish work, quality inspections, customer communication, and documentation of completed work.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in general residential or commercial maintenance, multi-trade repair, or construction finish work.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and basic multi-trade troubleshooting.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR) to operate a company vehicle.
• Strong customer service, communication, self-motivation, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete final punch-list items across trades, including light plumbing, HVAC finish work, electrical trim, drywall repair, carpentry touch-ups, and hardware installation.
• Inspect completed work against quality standards and local codes; independently diagnose and resolve minor finish or installation defects using hand and power tools.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, contractors, and project managers during final walk-throughs and punch-list resolutions.
• Maintain clean, protected workspaces.
• Record completed items, parts, and time accurately using company tracking software.
