About The Position

Anderson Communities is seeking a full-time, Kentucky-based Punch Technician to support construction work primarily in Lexington, Georgetown, and Versailles, with occasional work at the company’s property in Louisville. This is not a contract position. The role includes preparing work areas for contractors and completing post-contractor punch-list and prime-prep work. Minor electrical and plumbing tasks may also be required. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Requirements

Framing experience is required.
Full understanding of jobsite processes from start to finish.
High school diploma or GED.
High attention to detail and quality.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
Valid driver’s license.
Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

General remodeling or construction experience is highly preferred.
Light plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical demolition as contractor prep work.
Prepare, organize, and clean up framing areas.
Complete punch-list work items after contractors finish.
Perform prime preparation.
Complete minor electrical and plumbing tasks when required.
