New Client Specialist
About The Position
New Client Specialists make the first impression on potential clients and create a compassionate, safe space for callers to share their stories. They identify critical facts to determine whether Daniel Stark Law can assist, guide potential clients toward hiring the firm, and support them through the sign-up process. The role handles incoming leads across in-person and digital channels, assists with appointments and correspondence, and uses various software to provide prompt service. Team members receive ongoing support and investment in their personal and professional development.
Requirements
- Ability to maintain control of conversations with kindness and professionalism, in person and on the phone.
- Excellent speaking and writing communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic personality.
- Commitment to remain in the department for two years before transferring to another department.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate incoming streams of leads with a sense of urgency, including walk-ins, phone calls, texts, and emails.
- Gather critical information from potential clients in person or over the phone.
- Develop a deep understanding of various injury cases.
- Speak and listen to potential clients with meticulous detail and compassion as they navigate unexpected life changes.
- Lead potential clients through the decision to hire the law firm with confidence.
- Guide potential clients through the sign-up process to provide an effortless client experience.
- Navigate various lead channels and software to assist clients promptly.
- Organize appointments with new clients.
- Draft, review, and mail letters as needed.
