Requirements

  • Willingness to work weekend and evening shifts.
  • Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models.
  • Good driving record.
  • Valid driver license.

  • Networking skills to build a customer base and referrals.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients and other sales staff to sell new vehicle inventory.
  • Greet clients and provide product information.
  • Demonstrate products and features to clients.
  • Work with management staff to negotiate vehicle prices.
  • Use computers, phones, and social networking sites to follow up with active prospects to build rapport, referrals, and future sales.
  • Attend sales meetings and trainings.
  • Assist with showroom and vehicle lot displays.
