About The Position

At Gordon Chevrolet, we’ve built a high-volume used car operation designed for one thing: giving closers the opportunity to maximize their income. We’re a 5-time Best of Metro Detroit winner, and we’re continuing to grow. Now we’re looking for the next producer to step in and take advantage of it. This isn’t a “job.” It’s a spot for someone who wants to step into volume, close more deals, and significantly increase their income.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales experience preferred (used car experience = big advantage)
  • A true closer mentality—you know how to ask for the deal
  • High urgency, accountability, and competitiveness
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Availability for retail hours (including every other Saturday until 3 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Work a steady flow of fresh ups, internet leads, and repeat customers
  • Control the process from greeting to delivery
  • Build value, overcome objections, and close deals consistently
  • Leverage CRM tools to stay organized and maximize every opportunity
  • Develop your own book of business and repeat clientele
