We are expanding our New Car department and are looking for driven, disciplined sales professionals to represent the Chevrolet brand. Requirements

• Professionals who understand that building a reliable system of daily habits is the true path to high performance.
• The ability to stay emotionally grounded and objective, whether you just rolled a unit or had a deal fall through.
• Someone who respects the family-first culture and contributes positively to the dealership’s momentum.
• Previous auto sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual who brings an elite work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Become a certified expert on the entire new Chevrolet lineup, confidently presenting the value and features of our vehicles to customers.
• Follow our structured showroom penciling protocols and mandatory deal review guidelines to ensure maximum transparency and profitability on every deal.
• Diligently work the inbound phone up log and CRM to build a predictable pipeline of appointments and floor traffic.
• Focus on actionable lead measures (calls, texts, appointments) to drive your personal daily unit production.
• Guide customers through a seamless, low-pressure buying experience from the lot to the F&I office.
