About The Position

The New Car Detail/Porter helps keep dealership vehicles looking their best and inventory organized. The role involves cleaning and detailing vehicles, moving and positioning vehicles around the dealership, preparing them for photos, sales, and customer delivery, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. The employee may also assist with other dealership duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Reliable and punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors and stay active throughout the workday.

Nice To Haves

• Previous detailing or dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, vacuum, and detail vehicles to maintain a clean, showroom-ready appearance.
• Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot as needed.
• Assist with organizing, maintaining, and displaying inventory.
• Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and ready for photos, sales, and customer delivery.
• Keep the lot, detail area, and workspace clean and organized.
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed.
