About The Position

Vivid Money is redefining how SMEs manage and grow their capital. From multi-currency accounts and FX solutions to Treasury products (high-yield Interest Accounts and Business Depot for MMFs and ETFs) and Expense Management tools — we provide businesses with a comprehensive financial infrastructure. We're expanding our go-to-market footprint into Luxembourg, and we're looking for a New Business Account Executive to help us build it. This is a hands-on, hunter-first role: you'll own outbound pipeline generation into corporate finance decision-makers, with a strong emphasis on cold-calling, while also converting the inbound leads that come your way. You'll work closely with our Sales Director and have direct influence on how we win in this market from day one. If you want to be employee number one on the ground in a market that's just opening up — and you're motivated by building a book of business rather than inheriting one — this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in FinTech, SaaS, banking, treasury, investment products, or financial services.
  • Proven outbound track record: you've built a pipeline from scratch, not just worked warm leads.
  • Sharp on the phone and in writing — you can open a cold call and run real discovery without a script, and your emails and LinkedIn messages get replies.
  • Comfortable selling to founders, finance leaders, and C-level stakeholders at SMEs.
  • Strong commercial instincts and an analytical mindset — you treat your pipeline like data, manage your own time well across prospecting, closing, and expansion, and adjust quickly when something isn't working.
  • Hands-on with CRM tools and modern sales tech stack.
  • Self-starter mentality — you thrive in environments where the playbook isn't fully written yet.
  • Fluent in English, French, and Luxembourgish. German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound sales motion in Luxembourg: identify, prospect, and engage SMEs, finance leaders, and decision-makers across your target segments.
  • Build a qualified pipeline through multi-channel outreach — cold calls, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and partner networks.
  • Convert inbound leads into active customers across our full product suite.
  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demo, negotiation, close, and handover to onboarding.
  • Sell across our product portfolio: business accounts, treasury solutions, FX, expense management, and team cards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local SME landscape, segment dynamics and competitor positioning.
  • Partner with the Sales Director to refine ICP, messaging, and playbooks; keep CRM hygiene tight with accurate forecasting.
  • Feed market intelligence and customer insights back to Product and Marketing.
  • Represent Vivid at local industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
