CSA Group has an opportunity for a New Account Manager – Home and Commercial, based in Toronto, Canada. This role serves as the primary customer contact for developing new accounts in the Lighting, Wiring Devices, Wire and Cable, and High-Tech industries, with responsibility for supporting customers across Canada. The New Account Manager partners closely with Marketing to identify prospects, nurture leads, and develop accurate new-account strategies to win business from companies that do not currently work with CSA Group. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline by leveraging company research tools such as ZoomInfo, defining value from the prospect’s perspective, prioritizing leads, and creating effective prospecting call plans. Additional responsibilities include developing customer profiles and call plans that address why prospects are not currently using CSA, managing objections effectively, and clearly articulating CSA Group’s value proposition to secure new business.
