About The Position

CHOC Children’s Specialists is seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join the Neurology Division in an in-patient-focused role. The APP will function as a clinical expert in pediatric neurology, delivering comprehensive, family-centered care while collaborating closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Active California NP or PA license
• National board certification
• DEA registration
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and ACLS
• Pediatric clinical experience
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Commitment to high-quality, safe, and family-centered care
