About The Position

Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Network Technician to provide technical guidance and oversight for information systems operations supporting its contract at Davis Monthan AFB, Arizona. The role is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving network performance and operations. An active Top Secret Security Clearance is required to be considered for an interview.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• Security+ Certification.
• Two to six years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in Air Force and Department of Defense environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for directing and monitoring information systems operations.
• Direct the compilation of records and reports concerning network operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and network systems, and make improvements as necessary.
• Analyze network traffic and develop capacity-planning solutions.
• Coordinate with vendor support service groups to ensure appropriate escalation during outages or degraded system performance.
• Assist with and oversee information systems operations, including computer and telecommunications/communications operations, data entry and control, LAN/MAN/WAN administration and operations support, operating systems programming, system security policy procedures, and web strategy and operations.
• Monitor and respond to hardware, software, and network problems.
• Use software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose complex problems and factors affecting network performance.
