Under general supervision, this position supports the organization's technical operations, including desktop hardware/software, server and network infrastructure, VoIP telecommunications, database, and web applications. The role will be filled based on the candidate's qualifications, either as a Network Systems Technician or Help Desk Technician. Candidates with only Help Desk support experience are encouraged to apply.
