Requirements

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent UC network experience.
10+ years of related experience, 5 years with FAA networks required.
Must have working knowledge of FAA TEMT system.
Must have thorough working hands-on experience with AVAYA AURA gateways and all AVAYA AURA associated systems and modules.
Required working knowledge of Juniper and Cisco network devices, FAA wireless systems (Spectralink), and familiarization with FAA Command Center systems operations, to include CMS systems and features.
Required working knowledge of FAA integration of the following operating systems: TEAMS, ZOOM, AWS, and REMEDY.

Nice To Haves

Must have working knowledge on FAA security practices to include technical package building for FAA approval.

Responsibilities

Manages engineering team with oversight of network administration and support operations for FAVES, including supervising assigned professional and support staff.
Advise FAVES leadership team to successful technical operations and documentations.
