About The Position

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead supports the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) information technology infrastructure. The role directs continuous network monitoring, incident coordination, fault isolation, technical escalation, and restoration activities across the assigned enterprise network environment. The NOC Lead organizes monitoring and engineering resources according to operational priorities, network criticality, incident severity, and Government-established service levels. The role correlates monitoring events, network device status, service management records, and configuration information to distinguish localized faults from broader service disruptions. For incidents involving multiple systems or sites, the NOC Lead coordinates with cybersecurity personnel and other authorized engineering teams to identify affected dependencies and establish restoration priorities. Where authorized, the role works alongside partners on operational telemetry correlation and graph-enabled dependency analysis to improve visibility into infrastructure components, network services, and mission-supporting systems. The NOC Lead maintains technical escalation procedures, shift coordination, incident documentation, and operational reporting to support continuous service delivery and Government situational awareness. The position is full-time, direct hire, and fully on-site in Chandler, Arizona, or Washington, DC. The employee must possess or be capable of obtaining a Top Secret clearance; classified duties may be performed only after Government verification and authorization.
