About The Position

AXIOM is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Network Lab Technician in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will thrive on assisting and offering solutions in all aspects of the networking lab, consistently exceeding customer and co-worker needs. This is a non-remote position requiring the ability to work from our Austin, TX office.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in electronic or computer industry.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: CCNA - Routing and Switching.
• Knowledge in switch CLI.
• Excellent product knowledge.
• Excellent in written, interpersonal communications and organization skills.
• Multi-tasking and effective decision making.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent proficiency in Office Suites.

Nice To Haves

• QC (Quality Control) or QA (Quality Assurance) are a big plus for this role.

Responsibilities

• Performing incoming inspection of incoming product.
• Performing basic commands on switches to ensure compatibility.
• Monitor incoming orders.
• Create labels for transceivers, code transceivers and manage label library.
• Code transceiver EEPROM using the provided tools.
• Performing QA on finished product.
