Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Pay Rate: $30 per hour

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Minimum of 2 experience in network support is required.
  • Navigate rapidly changing situations.
  • Be able to remain flexible, embrace new challenges, and evolve with technological advancements to meet patient needs.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot moderately complex network, device, and telecommunications problems, install and replace telecom hardware, software and cabling.
  • Participate and contribute in technical discussions that involve network infrastructure enhancements.
  • Interface with customers to understand their needs and articulate those needs to others.
  • This position is also responsible for the installation, maintenance, ongoing technical support and administration of the organizations Telecommunication systems.
  • Analyze basic voice and data communications needs and document requirements.
  • Configure and verify access switches and basic network settings.
  • Install and maintain network hardware, software, cabling, and data jacks.
  • Select and terminate appropriate cabling and media for device interconnections.
  • Implement approved changes following change-management processes and communicate impacts and risks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve local network outages and device issues within a department/floor/building.
  • Replace and repair faulty network equipment.
  • Support and troubleshoot client VPN connectivity.
  • Coordinate cabling installations with Facilities and external vendors.
  • Participate in technical meetings and contribute to infrastructure improvement planning.
