About The Position

A&M Technologies, Inc is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to join our team. This position is located in Suitland, MD and requires an Active TS/SCI with polygraph to be considered. The role involves providing high-performance, highly available networking services to support business and mission needs. The engineer will be responsible for engineering and operational assignments related to deployed solutions backed by Cisco and SolarWinds on multi-level IT systems. Additionally, the position requires O&M support for networking devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, encryption devices, and copper/fiber connectivity. The role also includes supporting internal escalation tiers for advanced troubleshooting and rapid remediation of networking challenges, as well as maintaining documentation for networking systems, subsystems, and components, including capacity and performance plans.

Requirements

Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Cisco and SolarWinds required.
Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
