Peraton is currently seeking a Network Analyst to analyze and administer the Army-Wide Network Enterprise, providing services to over a million users throughout the world for both Unclassified and Classified networks. This role involves interfacing with Remote Network Enterprise Centers (RNEC) and Defense Information Systems Agencies (DISA) throughout the country and providing technical assistance. The analyst will install, configure, and maintain network protocols on Cisco and Juniper devices, identify and resolve network connectivity and performance issues, and update network designs. They will also analyze workload, oversee technical assistance during Authorized Service Interruptions (ASI), monitor network performance, provide advanced troubleshooting, and maintain professionalism during high-stress situations. Additionally, the role requires briefing government officials, protecting networks from unauthorized access, reviewing network documentation, training personnel, and conducting research and development on future technology to improve network capabilities. The analyst will also update procedures for installation, operation, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
