About The Position

Maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, high-performance connectivity across all locations. Install, configure, and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Monitor network performance and proactively troubleshoot outages, latency, and connectivity issues. Administer network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and compliance with internal/external standards. Manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, and wireless networks; apply updates, patches, and system upgrades. Collaborate with Sr. Network Administrator and cross-functional IT teams; support documentation, disaster recovery, and telephony systems. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit standards. Participate in telephony troubleshooting and upgrades. Additional duties may be assigned to help expand your skills and contribute to evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of network administration experience (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst)
  • Strong knowledge of Layer 2, Layer 3, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, SD Wan, routing, and switching
  • Experience with enterprise networking equipment (Cisco)
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and security tools (SolarWinds)
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and adaptability skills in fast-paced environments with changing business needs
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to learn continuously, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment with integrity and customer-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Cisco Telephony experience is a plus
