About The Position

The NetSuite Administrator is responsible for day-to-day administration of Tusker’s NetSuite environment, including system administration and end-user support. The role works closely with internal departments to modify and customize NetSuite to improve efficiency, align with processes, and meet business needs. As part of the Internal Business Systems Team, the position also helps support other software systems used internally.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of ERP system administration experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, custom records, reports, saved searches, dashboards, and forms.
• Experience with SuiteScript and SuiteFlow.
• HTML knowledge.
• SQL knowledge.
• Self-starter.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong technical skills and desire to learn and keep up with new technologies.
• Strong sense of teamwork.

Nice To Haves

• NetSuite ERP system administration experience.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise CPQ.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise PSA.
• Familiarity with BrightGauge.
• Familiarity with Power BI.
• Familiarity with Channel Online.
• Ability to create Power BI reports using multiple data sources.
• Experience supporting software integrated with NetSuite, including ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise PSA, or Channel Online.

Responsibilities

• Create saved searches, custom reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Create Suitelets, workflows, and scripts.
• Provide ongoing support to users.
• Collaborate with departments on system modifications that increase efficiency and standardize processes.
• Document processes related to internal systems.
• Support other software systems used internally as part of the Internal Business Systems Team.
• Create reports in Power BI using information from multiple data sources (preferred, but not required).
• Support software that integrates with NetSuite, such as ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise PSA, and Channel Online (preferred, but not required).
