About The Position

We are seeking an experienced .NET Tech Lead with React experience to lead the migration of legacy applications from Angular to ReactJS and .NET Framework to .NET Core. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and help shape the future of critical web applications.

Requirements

• 9+ years of full-stack development experience, with significant exposure to .NET, ReactJS, and Angular.
• Proven experience in migrating Angular to ReactJS and .NET Framework to .NET Core.
• Strong hands-on experience with MSSQL on AWS RDS and EC2/EKS.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with AWS services, including RDS, EC2/EKS.
• Excellent client-facing abilities and strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Microservices knowledge is a plus.
• Angular experience alongside ReactJS is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of web applications from legacy .NET Framework to .NET Core and from Angular to ReactJS.
• Oversee the migration of MSSQL databases, including schema, data, and SSIS packages.
• Utilize migration and Generative AI tools to assist in development activities.
• Manage and mentor a team of 5 offshore developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements and objectives.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while adhering to industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, ensuring high application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
