About The Position
Cyncly is seeking a .Net Developer to join its development team, building software solutions primarily for window manufacturers and glass fabricators. The team develops a base product as well as customer project work and uses modern tools and techniques to meet customer goals. The successful candidate will bring professional software development experience and work within a team under a technical lead. The role involves designing, programming, and supporting software applications, including full-stack applications and desktop software using WPF. The developer will produce scalable, high-performing, clean code, collaborate with team members, participate in code reviews and technical discussions, and provide Tier 3 technical support. The position is remote in the United States and offers a stated salary range of $75,000–$93,000 USD, depending on location, experience, and qualifications. The role may also be eligible for additional compensation and a benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar equivalent industry experience.
- 3–5 years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software applications.
- Experience with desktop technologies, specifically WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation).

Responsibilities
- Design, program, and support software applications.
- Design and develop full-stack applications using C, VB.NET, Web API, RESTful web services, and JavaScript frameworks.
