.Net Developer
About The Position
Mutual Trading Co., Inc. is hiring a .Net Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance business applications using C# and .NET. The role supports business applications and their integrations with internal applications, databases, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The developer works with business users and team members to understand requirements, investigate issues, implement and test fixes, and maintain technical documentation. The position includes designing, creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting in-house applications such as ERP, WMS, EDI, BI, mobile apps, and web portal sites. The position is based in El Monte, California, and includes domestic and international business travel at least twice a year.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of direct experience designing and developing software for a real-time or non-real-time system.
- At least 3 years of professional C# development experience.
- Professional experience developing and maintaining applications using C# and .NET.
- Ability to read, understand, and write SQL queries, including SELECT, JOIN, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE, and understanding of relational databases.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, application debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Business-level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to adapt to changes in workload.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical team members and business users.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of technical management and information analysis.
- Knowledge of Linux, Mac OS, and Windows operating systems.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of agile methodology.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally by plane.
- Ability to type and use a computer for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves
- Business-level Japanese proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Experience with ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, or business applications such as warehouse management, inventory, sales order processing, or ERP systems.
- Web development experience.
