About The Position

Rockford Nephrology Associates (RNA) is seeking a Nephrologist to join their team, offering individualized career paths, increased earning potential, and a dynamic community of supportive peers and mentors. Requirements
- BC/BE in nephrology
- Interested in a long-term commitment to the practice and community
- Hard-working with excellent clinical skills

Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in the main office, satellite office, and hospital settings.
- Manage over 700 ESRD patients with a home penetration of 25%.
- Care for a large CKD patient base.
- Cover 10 counties in Illinois and Wisconsin, including nine hospitals and 19 dialysis centers (4 in SNFs).
Benefits
- Starting Salary: $275,000
- Sign-on Bonus: up to $10,000
- Paid Time Off: 5 weeks + 1 week around winter holidays
