About The Position

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is seeking a Neonatologist to join the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln. Lincoln Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility serving the Downtown Bronx community, with a strong academic affiliation with Weill Medical College of Cornell University. The hospital is a designated Level I Trauma and Stroke Center and offers Centers of Excellence in various medical specialties. Requirements

  • Board Certification in Pediatrics Required.
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Required.
  • Active New York State Medical License.
  • Current BLS, NRP, and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care in Level III NICU.
  • Care for newborn infants until they are ready to go home.
  • Provide prenatal care for high-risk infants.
  • Care for infants' nutrition to ensure optimal growth and development and find alternative ways to feed infants who struggle to suckle.
  • Teach and supervise medical students and residents.
