About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic Pediatric Hospitalist to provide clinical coverage across our Level III and Level IV NICUs, attend high-risk deliveries, perform procedures and collaborate with neonatology and multidisciplinary teams. The Mount Sinai Health System has a level III NICU at Mount Sinai West and a level IV NICU at The Mount Sinai Hospital. Both sites have active delivery services with strong MFM referral bases. The MSW NICU has an average daily census of 20 and the MSH NICU has an average daily census of 50. The NICU teams at both sites include neonatologists from both the Level IV and III NICUs, pediatric hospitalists, advanced practice providers, resident physicians, nurses, as well as a wonderful support staff of respiratory therapists, nutritionists, therapists, social workers, lactation consultants, and music therapists.
