Requirements
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) experience

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessments and ongoing management of neonatal patients
- Attend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation as appropriate
- Evaluate, stabilize, and manage newborns requiring specialized care
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership to develop individualized care plans
- Educate and support families throughout the newborn care experience
- Maintain timely, accurate, and complete clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
