IOCP is searching for its next Neighborhood Program Manager. This role involves supervision and program leadership, partnership and cross-program collaboration, program management and data administration, and agency leadership. The ideal candidate is a leader, follower, doer, and great teammate who is optimistic, fun, and energetic. They enjoy coaching and supporting staff, are passionate about housing and providing a seamless client experience, and are a strategic thinker with strong communication and collaboration skills. The work involves hiring, training, coaching, and supervising Neighborhood Program staff, developing collaborative approaches, facilitating group communication, overseeing partner relationships, coordinating operations across programs, managing program data, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing vehicle maintenance. Agency leadership responsibilities include serving on leadership teams, helping direct client services operations, representing the agency in the community, and collaborating with advancement and communications staff. IOCP is a human service nonprofit providing services in food, case management, emergency financial assistance, employment services, and childcare resources.
