About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our Neighborhood Outreach team. This role involves working directly in communities where Joyce has completed home remodeling projects, introducing homeowners to our products through neighborhood showcase events, community outreach, and face-to-face conversations. The position offers the chance to create excitement around local projects, engage with homeowners, and schedule free in-home consultations. It's a fast-paced, team-oriented opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying active, and earning based on performance. This role provides valuable experience for those interested in marketing, sales, events, communications, or community outreach.

Requirements

Someone who enjoys staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day
Reliable transportation preferred
Paid training — no experience needed
Previous customer service, marketing, sales, retail, event, or outreach experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Work in neighborhoods surrounding recently completed Joyce home improvement projects
Participate in neighborhood showcase events built around local Joyce customer projects
Set up and assist with neighborhood event stations, tents, and displays
Connect with homeowners through community outreach and face-to-face conversations
Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to achieve performance goals
Represent Joyce professionally and positively in the field
