About The Position

Joyce Factory Direct is looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Neighborhood Outreach team. In this role, you'll work directly in communities where Joyce has recently completed successful home remodeling projects, helping introduce homeowners to our products through neighborhood showcase events, community outreach, and face-to-face conversations. You'll help create excitement around local Joyce projects by supporting neighborhood events, engaging with homeowners, and scheduling free in-home consultations for our Design Consultants. Every neighborhood is different, giving you the opportunity to meet new people, stay active, and directly contribute to the growth of the business. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, staying active, and earning based on performance.

Requirements

Reliable transportation preferred

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service, marketing, sales, retail, event, or outreach experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Work in neighborhoods surrounding recently completed Joyce home improvement projects
Participate in neighborhood showcase events built around local Joyce customer projects
Set up and assist with neighborhood event stations, tents, and displays
Connect with homeowners through community outreach and face-to-face conversations
Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to achieve performance goals
Represent Joyce professionally and positively in the field
