Needs Assessment Coordinator (Remote)
About The Position
Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a Needs Assessment Coordinator to support its behavioral healthcare services. The role involves screening potential client calls, completing related documentation and reports, and coordinating on-call or after-hours admissions, referrals, and transportation needs. The coordinator also maintains accurate bed availability across the Pyramid system and participates in training and development activities. The position requires working knowledge of emotional and mental health issues and drug and alcohol concerns, along with conduct consistent with Pyramid’s ethical standards. The role calls for confidentiality, safety awareness, excellent communication, effective interpersonal relationships, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor’s degree or higher in a human services field and experience in a health or human services agency—preferably in drug and alcohol services—are preferred. Starting compensation is $15 per hour; final compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Screen calls from potential clients.
- Complete documentation associated with client calls.
- Complete required reports associated with Needs Assessment and Referral Development.
- Handle on-call and after-hours admissions, referral, and transportation needs.
- Maintain accurate bed availability throughout the Pyramid system.
- Demonstrate conduct consistent with Pyramid ethical standards.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
