Partner with the Best As an NDT Field Service Technician, you will travel to client sites and use state‑of‑the‑art NDT technology to assess critical assets and verify their integrity. You will work closely with a team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient inspection services throughout the full cycle of operations. You will contribute to the success of field projects by preparing equipment, validating data, and supporting inspection execution from start to finish.
Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have proficiency in using computers and Microsoft applications
- Have experience working as part of technical crews on field projects
- Have documented experience as an NDT technician
- Have electro‑mechanical aptitude and strong mathematical skills
- Have the ability to travel up to 70% of the time
- This position requires current work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to provide or continue work authorization sponsorship for this role.
Responsibilities
- Setting up equipment, verifying tool calibration, and preparing inspection tools for launch and retrieval
- Tracking inspection tools and ensuring accurate field execution
- Verifying data quality, assisting with data analysis, and supporting field report generation
- Cleaning, rigging down, and re‑packing equipment after project completion
- Performing routine equipment maintenance and general shop upkeep
- Completing required training (classroom, OJT, and self‑paced) to certify as a project manager within the defined timeframe
