About The Position

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dynamic NDIS Services Team Lead to join their passionate team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality enabling services supporting front-line Service Delivery teams, as well as leading a team of NDIS coordinators and rostering officers. The position is full-time, 76 hours per fortnight, located in Cannon Hill, with a hybrid work arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The salary is SCHADS Grade 4, starting at $92,279 plus Super and Salary Packaging Benefits. Requirements

Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) includes individuals who have previously worked with the NDIA or as a Support Coordinator.
A track record of leading successful, high-performing teams, ideally within NDIA or Support Coordination services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and relevant applications, ensuring professional and timely completion of tasks.
Willingness to obtain a current National Criminal History check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card.
Solid experience in leading high-performing teams, with a working knowledge of the NDIS (preferably with a focus on SIL).

Tertiary qualification in business, community services, or a related field.
